Delivering groceries in 10 minutes was up until recently unimaginable, but we believe that is how it should be, giving you what you want when you need it. By offering food of the highest quality from the producers you love, we transform the grocery industry through our own local stores, one at a time.

As a customer service agent you will be the first point of contact for all of Kavalls customers. With great social and communicative skills you will be excelling our customer success and joining a vibrant team sharing the same vision.
Some of the things you’ll handle 🤓
- Have daily contact with customers through email or chat.
- Support customers with orders, payments or general questions
- Communicate and support store-pickers and riders within the company
- Obtain and communicate customers feedback to further develop internal processes.

- Service minded - you love to help customers and have a positive outlook on the different challenges you may face
- Result oriented - you are a person who likes problem solving and always strives to find solution.
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- We consider it a great advantage if you have communication skills in Norwegian.
- Can communicate well through email and chat services
- We consider it an advantage if you have previous work experience within service
